We are committed to bringing the greatest value to our customers by producing the highest quality PTFE compounds as well as providing the most outstanding customer support in the industry.

Our state of the art in-house lab contributes to our ability to customize our compounds to your specification to optimize performance over a broad range of applications and environments. Our in-house lab is a major contributing factor in our pledge that our compounds are of the highest quality. We meet your specifications and are consistent from lot to lot. Each lot of finished material is tested and receives a certificate of analysis for your records and review. We also retain a sample of material from each lot we produce for a minimum of one year. This retained sample will permit additional testing to be performed if required.

The technical expertise of our product development and quality control personnel support our customers in solving product challenges as well as developing new products to help our customers achieve their business goals. We have in-house lab capability to reverse engineer PTFE finished parts to help our customers grow their business. In addition, we have developed strong relationships with several specialty labs to support our customers’ needs as well.

Ensuring the quality of our superior PTFE compounds, our well equipped in-house lab facility provides stringent quality control testing services using a series of advanced equipment models including, but not limited to, a HiPotronics AC Dielectric Test Set, an Instron Tensile Tester 3344, and a Mirage Electronic Densimeter.

Performing a broad range of tests, such as bulk density, dielectric breakdown, specific gravity and tensile analysis, our wide assortment of assessment services ensure that all of our PTFE compound products are ISO and ASTM compliant and offer smoother finishes, minimized performance variation, and superior customer value and satisfaction. We encourage you to contact us today to find out more about our superior PTFE lab analysis services.
